Tending what hurts. Nurturing what heals.
You’re holding it together on the outside, but inside you’re exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed, or still carrying the effects of something that happened long ago. Or maybe you’re a parent watching your child struggle with anxiety, emotions, behavior, or the impact of a difficult experience—and you’re not sure how to help anymore. Therapy can provide a place to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and begin creating meaningful change.
I work with adults, preteens, teens, parents and families experiencing trauma/PTSD, anxiety, parenting challenges and relationship difficulties. My goal is to create a space that feels warm, genuine and collaborative—where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door.
Finding the right therapist matters. If you’re wondering whether we might be a good fit, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. We’ll talk briefly about what brings you to therapy, what you’re looking for and whether Mending Ground feels like the right place to begin.
